LEO Software Private Limited offers website design, development, digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), software consultation, and related IT services. All services are provided as per agreed proposals or contracts.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during project discussions.
• Review and approve work at key stages of the project.
• Make payments on time as per the agreed milestones or invoices.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, source code, and designs created by LEO Software Private Limited remain our property until full payment is made. After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• Projects typically require a 50% advance to begin.
• Final 50% is due upon project completion or before live deployment.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or penalties.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, no refunds will be provided once work has commenced. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for non-delivered work.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• Third-party service interruptions (hosting, plugins, ad platforms, etc.).

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, hosting providers) for project delivery. You agree to their terms and policies when we act on your behalf.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business information unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with prior notice. Fees for completed work until the date of termination are still payable.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Shimla.
