Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your complaint to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund of service payment, the reason has to be declared in a very strong manner, as the services have already been availed by the customer. In case of item refunds, confirmation can be made when the item is in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Delivery & Acceptance

Once we deliver any software, website, or digital product (such as source code, APK, ZIP file, or repository link), you are requested to review and test it within the acceptance period (usually 7 days). If you find any issue that doesn’t match the agreed requirements, please notify us in writing so we can address and fix it immediately.

Bug Fixes & Support

We provide free bug fixing for issues that fall under the project’s original scope for up to 30 days after delivery. Any new features, design changes, or enhancements requested after final delivery will be treated as a new task and charged separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
